2024 was the year everything changed.

I burned down the old model, backed myself fully, and went all in on coaching—
building a global six-figure practice with one mission:

To help women break up with their corporate jobs, build businesses that feel aligned, and unlock the freedom they’ve been dreaming about since their lunch breaks.

Since then, I’ve:

✨ Helped women turn their 9–5 expertise into coaching businesses they love.

✨ Guided clients from idea → MVP → paid clients → full-time entrepreneurship.

✨ Coached women through identity shifts, imposter syndrome, mindset rewiring and strategy. 

✨ Supported women in building offers, brands, systems, and strategies that scale.

✨ Watched clients quit their jobs, double their income, sign their first high-ticket clients.

Whether they’re CEOs, aspiring entrepreneurs, or side-hustlers ready for their next level, the pattern is always the same:

When a woman gets clear on her skills, confident in her value, and supported by the right strategy?

She becomes unstoppable.

My story didn’t start in luxury boardrooms or with a glamorous online business.

It started in 2015. Cold calling 120 times a day, six days a week. Twelve-hour shifts.
Grinding, hustling, climbing.

By 24, I had already become Head of Client Services, leading high-performing teams and advising CEOs, founders, and startups across Europe. I was the girl people brought in to fix operations, build sales systems, and scale teams fast.

But even with the title, the money, and the “success”… It never tasted like freedom.

In 2017, life cracked open. Burnout. Misalignment. A version of myself I didn’t recognise.

That year, I got sober—and it became the catalyst for everything: personal development, coaching, self-leadership, and a deep hunger for a bigger life.

I spent the next few years rebuilding myself from the inside out. Books. Podcasts. Training. Coaching. I decided I wasn’t going to survive my life…
I was going to design one I loved.

In 2019, I launched my first consulting business.

I had the skills, but not the clarity, structure, or support. And without those pieces, I slid straight back into a corporate role.

That experience became one of my greatest gifts— because it showed me exactly what women need
to not just leave their corporate job… but never need to go back again.

January 2021. I hit a wall. The kind of burnout that makes you rethink everything.

I realised the life I wanted wasn’t in a promotion, a paycheck, or a high-rise office.
It was in freedom. Choice. Autonomy. Wealth I created myself.

So I invested in myself, became a certified coach, immersed myself in NLP and business strategy, and built the framework that would eventually become my signature FMI Method™ (Freedom, Money, Impact).

From 2021 to 2023, I ran my full-time consulting business—leveraging everything I learned in corporate to help founders, CEOs, and startups build stronger operations, smarter sales systems, and teams that could actually scale.

These years were my foundation years. The years I proved to myself that entrepreneurship wasn’t just possible for me— it was inevitable.

I worked with CEOs, ambitious side-hustlers, and early-stage founders, helping them get clarity, tighten their vision, and build businesses they could actually grow. It was the chapter where I became known for my strategy, my leadership, and the way I could take a messy idea and turn it into something powerful.

But deep down, I knew I wanted more: more freedom, more impact, more wealth… and a business that wasn’t built on trading time for money.
